. anyway, have a great week.
I went to the opera!!! Saturday, Aaron and I went to Pucinni’s “La Boheme.” It was so beautiful. The theatre was breathtaking, the story poetically dramatic, the melodies lovely, and the company delightful! I had never been to an opera before, and I think I am officially hooked. True, Puccini is light opera, but that just means I’ll have to work my way up. I loved it! We laughed at the ducks following our path along the riverside, and gazed at the city lights across the shore. It was beautiful. And to share it with such a friend made it even better.
It was a night I will never forget, and one I hope you repeat, if not again in reality, then at least again and again in my memories. Life is beautiful, is it not? And I am so very blessed.
